The best safety shoes for your work environment

Safety shoes should be used as a measure against accidents in workplaces. Foot and leg injuries are common in many sectors, especially in the heavy industry. The feet may be damaged by hitting some objects or stepping on sharp protrusions. Safety shoes can prevent serious and debilitating injuries.

Safety shoes and boots can be produced by sewing, vulcanizing (curing) or molding the leather, rubber, synthetic rubber or plastic.

Each sector or company has different risks depending on the working environment. Occupational safety shoes are manufactured in different options considering these risks. These risks should also be taken into consideration when purchasing occupational safety shoes. Companies must include an occupational safety specialist inside their structure. Purchasing must be made with the recommendation of the occupational safety specialist.

About our technologies

Our products are manufactured in compliance with the “European Union Personal Protective Equipment Directive 89/686/EEC”. The compliance of our products with this directive has been tested, approved, and certified in PFI laboratories in Germany. In material selection, the features required by the standards are given priority.

Our designs are made in accordance with the intended use of the product.

The soles of our products are formed by using the latest technology DESMA injection machines. Our double density PU (Polyurethane) soles provide significant comfort features for the user.

Lightness: The lightness of the material does not tire the feet.

Softness and Comfort: The low-density midsole and antibacterial soft insole make the feet comfortable inside the shoes. Due to the low thermal conductivity of the polyurethane material, they can be easily worn both in summer and winter.

Antistatic properties: It provides relief in the body by transferring the static electricity accumulated in the body to the earth. It also provides safety in terms of glow for those working in gaseous environments.

Durability: Outsole resistant to abrasion, oil and fuel oil prolongs the product life. Additionally, it can withstand temperatures up to 180 degrees.

Impact Resistance: Toe protectors made of steel or composite material resistant to at least 200 J (the impact energy resulting from a weight drop of 20 kg from a height of 100 cm) of impact are used in the toes of our products.

Penetration Resistance: For our products under the S3 or S1P category, steel midsoles with penetration resistance of at least 110 kg (1100 N) are used.

Electrician shoes

Electrician shoes are produced in accordance with the CE EN ISO 20345: 2004 standards. In addition to the fabric lining that shows high resistance against sweating and abrasion, electrician shoes should have water resistant short suede leather and 1.8 – 2.0 mm thick scratchproof leather.

Steel toecap construction shoes

The construction sector is one of the most dangerous lines of work throughout the world. According to ILO data, construction workers in developed countries are 3-4 times more likely to be involved in accidents than workers in other sectors. This rate increases up to 6 times in developing countries. Likewise, construction is among the lines of work where occupational accidents are seen most in our country.

In the construction sector, falling of heavy materials, especially on toes, may damage the feet. In order to prevent these damages, construction shoes, which are safety shoes, should be used. Particularly in the construction sector, upturned nails that penetrate the sole are a common hazard. The construction shoes to be used in the construction sector are preventive against nails.

Steel toe occupational shoes are steel toe protective shoes which protect the toes against falling material in the working environment with impact resistance of at least 200 J. Steel toe shoes are used as a measure against impacts to the feet and unwanted consequences for workers. It is possible to eliminate the accidental impacts to the feet and to work with more safety.
