Meltblown polypropylene

Meltblown non-woven polypropylene is used in the manufacture of filters, hygiene products and masks.
It is made of very thin fibers that are electrified in a special way so as to capture and thicken the bacteria or viruses passing through them. These properties allow the production of high quality medical masks.

Electrical-treated PP meltblown for the production of masks with weights between 22 and 25 g/m2. Тhe standard width is 175 mm, but other widths can be made.

For the inner and outer layer of the masks, as well as for many other applications, also available: spunbond polypropylene.
