Your inquiry and its purpose
When requesting a quotation, you provide your name, company and email address, and optionally a phone number, brief and artwork files. We also record products, variants, quantities, printing preferences, language, source page and receipt time. Required contact fields are marked; we cannot respond through this form without them.
We use this information to select products, clarify pricing and artwork, and communicate with you. Our legal basis is preparing or performing a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests in business communication with company representatives and service security (6(1)(f)), or legal obligations (6(1)(c)).
An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. The form makes no solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects. Upload only information needed for your quotation and artwork you are entitled to use.
Who can access it?
Authorized staff and partners working on your quotation can access the inquiry. We may share the logo and necessary product information with the selected production partner to prepare artwork or production, and necessary delivery details with a carrier.
We use Zone for web hosting, and Supabase and Vercel to manage inquiries and private files. The inquiry database is hosted in the Ireland region. Provider support teams or subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area; contractual safeguards, including European Commission standard contractual clauses, protect these transfers. You may ask us for further details.
Inquiry files are not part of the public product gallery. Other project websites and social media services have their own privacy terms when you follow their links.
Retention and security
Retention depends on purpose: we need the information while handling your request, while the quotation is valid and during agreed cooperation, and where necessary to establish or defend contractual claims. When those purposes end and the law does not require retention, the information must be deleted or anonymized. Accounting records are subject to statutory retention requirements.
We process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and errors to protect the service. Access is limited by work responsibilities; we use encrypted connections and private file storage. Security incident records are retained for investigation and, where necessary, to defend claims.
The basket in your browser
Your product selection is stored in this device’s browser to keep it available between pages and visits. It includes products, variants and quantities, but not your form contact details or artwork files. Remove items from the basket or clear the browser’s site data to erase it.
This website version does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Necessary browser storage supports the inquiry basket you choose to use.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to myyk@kaubad.ee. We normally respond within one month and may need to verify your identity. If a legal obligation or another lawful ground limits your request, we will explain why. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or the supervisory authority where you live.
