Polyethylene PE Foam (Cushioning Material)

PE foam (polyethylene cushioning material) is an impact-absorbing and durable material widely used for the protection of high-value products, as well as in the manufacturing of sports and protective equipment. Thanks to its lightweight structure and excellent energy absorption properties, it is ideal for packaging, insulation, and protecting goods during transport. It is used across many industries, including furniture, automotive, and construction.

The product is made of 100% recyclable, closed-cell PE foam, and is available in various thicknesses, dimensions, and color options (white and grey). It can be UV-stabilized, making it suitable for outdoor use as well. PE foam is moisture-resistant, heat- and sound-insulating, and therefore ideal for refrigerators, ventilation and heating systems, and humid environments.

The sheets are easy to process – suitable tools include a utility knife, cutting machine, or scissors. 10–20 mm thick sheets can be easily cut by hand, while 30–100 mm versions may require sharper tools.
